Three New Leases Signed at Galleria Towers in Timonium

Che’ Nova Aesthetics, a health and wellness day spa, is one of three tenants to recently sign new leases with Hill Management Services, Inc. for space at Galleria Towers located at 1447 York Road in the Lutherville section of Baltimore County.

Danielle Bridge, Leasing Manager for Hill Management Services, Inc. represented the landlord in all three lease transactions. ComForCare Home Care and Maryland Dermatology are also set to join the tenant mix at the eight-story building.

ComForCare is a franchised provider of caregiving services. Maryland Dermatology, which provides medical and surgical dermatology services, is relocating its existing office in Hunt Valley to Galleria Towers.

“Our more than $3 million investment to update exterior and interior spaces and add a conference room and fitness center for our tenants continues to pay dividends as we approach full occupancy of Galleria Towers,” stated Danielle Beyrodt, Vice President, and Chief Operating Officer of Hill Management Services.
