Dr. Kelly Geoghan, DPM relocates practice within eight-story office building at 1447 York Road

As a board-certified podiatrist, Dr. Kelly Geoghan, DPM specializes in making patients feel, look, and function better, so she leaned on her background and experience when presented with a critical real estate decision. Spurred by the comprehensive multi-million-dollar interior and exterior improvements executed by Hill Management Services, Inc.  Galleria Towers, her practice signed a new lease and relocated its suite within the 140,000 square foot office building located at 1447 York Road in the Lutherville section of Baltimore County. Danielle Bridge, Leasing Manager for Hill Management Services, Inc. represented the landlord in this transaction.

The practice specializes in addressing a wide variety of medical issues associated with the foot and ankle, with the group also incorporating The Heel Pain Relief Center. Services include laser and shockwave therapy for pain relief; medical treatments for arthritis, Achilles tendonitis, bunions, plantar fasciitis, and toenail fungus; and specialized diabetic foot and pediatric foot care. Flawless Feet also provides custom orthotics.

Fronting York Road and situated less than one mile from the Baltimore Beltway (Interstate 695), Galleria Towers features 10-foot ceiling heights, 17,000 square foot floorplates, 300 surface parking spaces, and 200 covered parking spaces.

Hill Management Services recently updated the first-floor entrance of Galleria Towers to provide a more retail-like atmosphere, and added a conference room that can accommodate 24 people, which is available for tenant and non-tenant use. A fitness center with TechnoGym technology has been added for tenants to utilize 24/7, in addition to an exterior landscaping refresh.
