Boutique law firm Kollman, Saucier & Jackson, P.A. has relocated its corporate offices to Executive Plaza, a four-building 550,000 square foot, mixed-use business community located at 11350 McCormick Road in Hunt Valley. The 38-year-old firm signed a lease with Hill Management Services, Inc. for approximately 1,500 square feet of space and is now occupying Executive Plaza 3.  Danielle Bridge, Leasing Manager for Hill Management Services represented the landlord and Tim Hearn of Trout Daniel & Associates handled negotiations on behalf of the tenant.

Kollman, Saucier & Jackson provides legal representation and practical counsel to businesses, government institutions, and contractors. The firm’s practice focuses on management-side labor and employment law, commercial law, and complex civil litigation.

Vince Jackson, President of the firm, cited the “need to establish a comfortable and efficient real estate setting in anticipation of predicted expansion of the practice in the coming years.” He added, “Our practice is busy, and we expect to add attorneys as our client base continues to grow. Executive Plaza offered the accessibility, parking, and overall professional environment we were looking for.” Jackson said the location’s proximity to Interstate 83 and ample free parking make the office more convenient for both the firm’s employees and clients.  “The on-site amenities were another significant draw,” Jackson added. “Our team can access a wide range of services with just an elevator ride, and the atmosphere is consistent with the first-class experience we want to provide our clients.”

The Executive Plaza complex is equipped with a variety of business and personal amenities on the ground floor including a deli, full-service fitness center, conference rooms, post office, hair salon, convenience store, storage space, garage parking, and a car detailing provider.

The business community is located adjacent to Interstate 83 in the heart of the Hunt Valley Premier Business District and is less than 10 miles from Towson and approximately 15 miles from downtown Baltimore City.
