Andrew Beyrodt Joins Hill Management Services as Leasing Representative

Andrew Beyrodt has joined Hill Management Services, Inc., a full-service real estate development, investment and management company headquartered in Timonium, Maryland as Leasing Representative.

In his new role with the company, Beyrodt will assist with all leasing and marketing functions for Hill Management’s portfolio of more than four million square feet of commercial office, industrial and retail properties located throughout Maryland, Pennsylvania, and Delaware. His responsibilities encompass tenant prospecting, establishing and strengthening relationships in the commercial real estate brokerage community, identifying companies looking for new or expanded spaces, negotiating lease agreements, and handling the renewal activities of existing Hill Management Services tenants.
