Long Integrated Psychiatric Services expanding office presence within Eastpoint Office Park with new lease

Long Integrated Psychiatric Services, which operates two outpatient psychiatric care practices in eastern Baltimore County, is expanding its presence within Eastpoint Office Park with the signing of a 2,510 square foot lease with Hill Management Services, Inc. The group has been a tenant in the business community since November 2023 and occupies space at 1101 North Point Boulevard. Danielle Bridge, Leasing Manager at Hill Management Services represented the landlord in this transaction.

Founded by Angela Long, the practice specializes in a holistic approach by integrating personalized care with talk therapy, life coaching, and medication management. The group offers psychiatric evaluations, individual and group therapy sessions, and specialized treatment for alcohol use disorders. Long Integrated Psychiatric Services is headquartered in the Middle River section of Baltimore County and also operates a Bel Air office.

Eastpoint Office Park is comprised of seven interconnecting one- and two-story buildings comprising nearly 95,000 square feet of space. Located at the intersection of North Point Boulevard and Merritt Boulevard, the business community features a tenant courtyard, private entrances, free surface parking and is within walking distance to Eastpoint Mall and a variety of shops and restaurants.
