Property Manager Assistant
Position Overview
Looking for an organized multitasking individual to assist the Property Manager with enforcement of all aspects of a commercial lease and keep all properties maintained in first-class condition while communicating efficiently and effectively with all internal and external customers to ensure superior customer service.

Responsibilities
- Assist Property Manager in general administration of properties including, but not limited to, generating reports, tenant relations, maintenance coordination and other projects.
- Communicate with tenants on lease related issues under direction of Property Manager.
- Schedule and coordinate inspections.
- Monitor contracts and warranties.
- Coordinate tenant move-in and move-out procedures.
- Responsible for correctly routing all customer requests.
- Receive and organize invoices for Property Manager’s review.
- Maintain current tenant databases and directories.
- Other duties as assigned.

Lead Commercial Building Maintenance Professional
Position Overview
We’re looking for a Lead Commercial Office Building Maintenance Professional, with advanced knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems to join our Commercial Property Management Team.

Responsibilities
- Diagnose and trouble-shoot HVAC issues.
- Oversee HVAC modifications and tenant HVAC alterations. (MEP’s, Air Balance Reports, and HVAC Construction)
- Monitor Building HVAC Automation System.
- Property inspections.
- Supervise preventative maintenance and routine service on building equipment and systems.
- Manage maintenance contractors.
- Obtain and negotiate proposals for maintenance services and repairs.
- Recognize and resolve recurring tenant maintenance issues.
Requirements
- Ability to read construction plans.
- Organizational skills and ability to multitask.
- Familiar with basic computer software, such as email and word processing.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Active position requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crawling, and climbing.

Responsibilities
- Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical and other building maintenance components.
- Represents the company by serving as a direct customer contact.

- Responsible for servicing equipment on assigned projects and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Performs preventative maintenance and service on various types of building equipment.
- Conduct daily building inspections.

Requirements
- Basic carpentry skills
- Moderate electrical, HVAC, and plumbing repair skills
