Job Description: Leasing Representative                                                                            

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Procure, negotiate and finalize lease transactions.
  • Facilitate space planning and construction processes.
  • Advise and communicate with Property Management staff.
  • Actively support and lead all marketing efforts.
  • Network with brokers and tenants.
  • Actively participate in industry associations.
  • Understand competition and markets.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Candidate qualification requirements:

  • Four year college degree (minimum).
  • Must be able to multi-task and be organized. 
  • Excellent communication and critical thinking skills.
  • Grammar, spelling, writing abilities crucial.
  • Self motivated, team oriented, willing to take direction.
  • 2 + years sales and/or marketing experience a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications.

Job Description: Administrative Assistant

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Assist Property Manager in general administration of properties including, but not limited to, generating reports, tenant relations, maintenance and other projects.
  • Communicate with inter-office personnel on lease related issues.
  • Create and distribute office documents related to specific departments.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings.
  • Monitor and maintain contracts and warranties.
  • Coordinate tenant processes, as applicable.
  • Responsible for directing resources to handle all customer requests and issues and ensuring customer’s ultimate satisfaction.
  • Process invoices for payment.
  • Maintain current databases and directories.
  • Provide administrative assistance to executives as directed.
  • Miscellaneous projects as assigned.  

Preferred QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Prior experience as a successful administrative professional in a commercial environment
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
  • Good analytical skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Self-motivated
  • Professional presence and appearance

Job Description: Maintenance Technician

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.  Other functions may be assigned.

  • Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical and other building maintenance components.
  • Represents the company by serving as a direct customer contact. 
  • Projects a positive, friendly and professional image on behalf of the organization.
  • Responsible for servicing equipment on assigned projects and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Performs preventative maintenance and service on various types of building equipment

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Commercial building maintenance experience preferred
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • HVAC certification a plus
